The space is made up of a lounge area with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, side tables and a round dining table for two people.



The kitchen: American style, is equipped with everything you need for your use. With complete kitchenware, cutlery, coffee maker, electric toaster and kettle among others.



The sleeping area has a 1.35cm double bed where two people can rest comfortably, it also has a built-in wardrobe with hangers and space to store clothes and belongings.



The bathroom is completely renovated and adapted for people with reduced mobility.



The apartment is located in a unique building, one of the towers of the Segovia bridge next to the Manzanares River, very quiet and with exterior windows on all sides. It does not have an elevator but this accommodation is located on the ground floor next to the entrance.



The access is completely safe and autonomous, you will access the accommodation yourself with total security and without the need for keys, it is a very comfortable and effective system. You will use an access code during your stay, specially created for you and active for the duration of your reservation.



Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.
