Within a mere two miles or so lies the renowned Westward Ho! surfing beach, inviting you to ride the waves and soak up the seaside splendour and the general local area offers plenty of activities, from exploring the charming streets of Appledore to enjoying long walks along the famous Southwest Coast Path.
