The Owl's Hoot is located near the village of Kilrane in County Wexford. Hosting three bedrooms; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bed room, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside, you will also find an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area. To the outside, is off road parking for two cars and a shared lawned garden to the rear with a picnic table. Located in a delightful setting and close to lovely attractions, The Owl's Hoot is a homely cottage in a wonderful part of Ireland. Note : For a larger group this property can also be booked with 962010, 1184030 & 962010
Amenities: Oil central heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Soarview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Electricity, Oil charged via meter reading. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden to the rear with picnic table. Sorry, no smoking. Two small well-behaved pets. Playground areas plus outdoor wendy house. Pub 8 mins walk, Shop 2 miles. Note: This property has a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of âŹ150 or ÂŁ100. Note: There are overhead electricity lines bordering the property - any form of kite flying is not advisable or permitted.
