Villa Josephina luxury 4 bedroom villa with private solar heated pool.

Josephina is a very well equipped villa sleeping 6 adults and 2 children in 4 en suite bedrooms. It has its own parking and private pool with large sun decks. The villa is fully air conditioned / heating

You enter on the ground floor with a hall leading to 1 king size bed en suite , 1 twin en suite and a third bedroom with twin beds and en suite suitable for children. All the bedrooms have doors leading out to the pool and sun decks.

The stairs lead to the living floor with comfortable seating , TV with loads of channels , wi fi internet and a dining table to seat 8 with fantastic views over Tivat bay and Lovcen mountain. The kitchen area is fully fitted with an American fridge freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. There are plenty of utensils and crockery. Glass sliding doors on two sides open onto a dining terrace.

A glass door leads to a spiral staircase to the top floor bedroom which has its own outside furniture for sitting and taking in the spectacular views. The bedroom has a glass wall for light and a queen size double bed with small ensuite shower room. The room is double aspect with views to the Adriatic.

At the front of the villa is secure parking for 3 cars and a side gate takes you to the private pool and sundecks equipped with sun beds , seating and sun umbrellas. Steps lead up from the BBQ area to the kitchen and there is a charcoal BBQ. A table seats 8 for outside eating. Under the stairs is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The private pool is 5 meters x 4 meters and 1.8 at the deep end. It has solar powered heating for early season swimming.
The villa is set at the end of a no through road and the owners own the villa next door as well.
As we live in the village someone is always available to meet you and give you any help you may need during your stay.
The villa is perfectly situated for the local beaches ( 5 mins drive ) supermarkets , a wide selection of restaurants , Lustica Bay , Kotor ,Tivat ( Porto Montenegro ) Lovcen National Park , Lake Skadar are all within easy reach.
