Regarding the rental tax imposed by the city of Rome, we understand that this increase can be unexpected, but unfortunately, it is something not up to us and decided by the municipality of Rome. We try to provide a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for our guests, but we understand that everyone has different preferences. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the bathroom issues. We were not aware of the clogged drain and the water leakage and we will fix them as soon as possible. We are glad that you enjoyed the location of our apartment, however.
