This stunning Villa measures 270 m² and is situated on a tranquil plot of 660 sqm enjoying fascinating panoramic views. A 10 min drive takes you to the popular Agia Efimia with excellent amenities (shops, restaurants, cafés, beaches, boat and car rental, diving school and much more). Two friendly traditional taverns with delicious Greek food and a mini-market are within walking distance from the villa (10 min walk). A bigger supermarket and a bakery are just 5 min drive and the spectacular Myrtos beach 10 min drive from the villa.

The whole villa (apart from the bathrooms) benefits from a modern Air Conditioning/Heating system controlled via a central thermostat. Individual units in each room can be controlled according to your needs.

Indoors there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining area with fantastic views and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.

Smart TV for internet viewing and listening compatible with your phone or tablet via blue tooth. A wine fridge is provided. There is a large solid wood dining table complete with bench seat and 5 dining chairs, and 2 height adjustable bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Villa Portokalia benefits from a luxury 11 meters long infinity pool surrounded by planting and sun terraces. The several seating areas are equipped with comfortable cushions and provide both, sun and shade depending on the time of day. A non-slip tile has been used in the pool, around the pool, and on all exterior steps. The landscape design provides privacy.

A secluded veranda on the first floor, provides further seating facilities with superb views. There is a bench seating, cushions and umbrella with 2 sun loungers and a side table provided for your convenience.

The villa appeals to adults looking for a high quality accommodation with privacy in a typical Greek atmosphere. The property is not suitable for infants and children under 10 years old due to the landscape and architectural design.
