This was perfect for what we needed. A place for my older son, his girlfriend and me to sleep and get ready before spending time with my younger son before and after his graduation from SDSU.
We had a very short stay for visiting family for new years and host was very informative along with very attentive to answer my questions. Nice, cozy and clean home. Neighborhood is nice and easy to access. Would definitely recommend 10/10!
I came for my nephew's high school graduation and wanted to be close to my sister's house. The location is close to everything and the view is beyond beautiful. I have no complaints.
We stayed for 4 nights, and had a pleasant experience. The neighborhood was quiet, and calm, the listing is a bit funky but there are 2 bedrooms, as pictured. The bed in the room closest to the front door is pretty hard so that was a bit unpleasant but manageable. Tbasic
Communication with the host was excellent. The location was in a good area. The space was clean however the pictures makes the place look bigger than what it is. The beds were hard. Air conditioning only in the main area and not in the bedrooms which made the sleep areas uncomfortable. Also, the refrigerator is a mini fridge like you keep in a door room.
Stayed for a week. First night, tenents in back had their dog outside, and it was barking through the night. Had to go ovrr and ask them to do something with the dog. They did and wasn't a problem the rest of the time. But it could be a problem for others
Short on supplies: ran out if TP and paper towels. Only one hand towel and wash rsg for the 3 of us. Frig is small and kitchen equipment minimum. Needs a toaster and other utinsels. Table is to small for 3+ people and no aditional chairs. Couch is old and uncomfortable.
It worked ok for us but it needs some tweeking. Everything i mentioned could be fixed fairly easily. Except pissibly the dog.
