Binimar is a quiet and cozy house located in a residential area near Binibèquer.

It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a kitchen, and a living dining room. Outside, it offers a private pool, porch, and parking within the property, creating a comfortable environment to enjoy Menorca at its finest.

It is just a 7 minute walk from Cala de la Olla, an area of rocky platforms ideal for snorkeling, and a 10 minute walk from the village of Binibèquer Vell.



The house is rented on an exclusive basis, so guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor areas with complete privacy. The villa has Wi Fi, bed linen, and bath towels for all guests. A crib and high chair are available upon request; it is recommended to request them in advance to ensure availability. The pool is for private use. To keep it clean, the maintenance team visits twice a week; these visits are brief, discreet, and only take place in the outdoor areas, always with advance notice to ensure comfort during your stay. The house has ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and a washing machine for added convenience. There is one outdoor parking space within the property.

In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest. The villa is located in a residential area, so it is recommended that you do your main shopping in the town of Sant Lluís or in the supermarkets in the surrounding area.

To get around the Binisafúller area and discover Menorca's different coves and points of interest, the best option is to have your own vehicle, whether a car or a motorbike. This allows for greater comfort and flexibility, as well as easy access to beaches and natural spots that cannot be reached by public transport. If you prefer to use public transport, there are a few bus routes connecting Sant Lluís with Binisafúller and other areas on the south coast, although they run infrequently and are usually concentrated in the summer months. The house, laid out on a single floor and located in a very quiet area of the island, is designed to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. Access to the house is from the outside, through the pool area. From here you enter directly into the living/dining room, either through a sliding door or from the porch through a side door. The interior space has a living room equipped with sofas, a television, and a fireplace, and a dining area with a large table and chairs. The dining room leads to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, and small appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The dining room also leads to the sleeping area, which consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable temperature during the summer months. Outside, the house offers a private swimming pool with sun loungers and a covered porch, equipped with a table, bench, and outdoor chairs, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. The house also has an outdoor parking space within the property.

Check in is from 4:00 p.m. and check out is until 10:00 a.m. Check in is self service, ensuring convenience and flexibility upon arrival. Before arrival and once registration and payment of the fee have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the villa, as well as useful details for your stay. During their stay, guests enjoy complete privacy in the villa. Only our maintenance team can access the outdoor areas to carry out necessary pool maintenance tasks.
