Great location

We enjoyed the place, very clean and close to everything. Check in was easy. We had some plumbing issues at the end, but nothing to major. Appliances were not intuitive, but manuals were provided. Overall, would recommend for small families.

Amazing location / a bit misleading

The location was fabulous. The apartment spacious and super functional. The bathrooms were another story. We booked a 2 bathroom very specifically. Not until we arrived were we told that the en suite was not available and was locked off. As a family of 4, we were deliberate in only shopping for apts with 2 bathrooms. Not only was one not available, but the tile work in the main one caused for water to sit stagnant as it was not installed properly to drain. Yuck. The place was very clean and well appointed. But for what we paid, we would have appreciated a heads-up at least.

Would love to give 5 stars - but ……

Should have been great apartment - but closed en suite and flooded second bathroom tainted the trip. Great location. Very clean, well supplied flat. Staff on site were friendly and helpful. We were contacted the day before arrival (no apology) the en suite was broken and locked. The main bathroom floor sloped away from the drain so needed a squeegee to clear the water. Eventually we were offered a 10% rebate (with an apology). With six people in the flat and problems with the one bathroom - this was a considerable inconvenience. I request 20% but it was denied. The bathroom has been a problem for a while as evidenced by mould on the wall outside the bathroom. Not sure how long the ensuite has been broken.
