BINI CALA - Modern 4 bedroom villa 300m to Binibeca Beach
Recently renovated and high quality 4 bedroom house in an elevated position in Binibeca Nou with beautiful sea views from the terrace and main bedroom, with air-conditioning included throughout.
The bright living space has two double doors onto the decked terrace, an open-plan design with a central island and counter seating. There is a dining table, two sofas and living area with Smart TV and Sonos system. The kitchen has all modern amenities and is well equipped with many utensils and appliances. There is a water filter fitted to the kitchen tap to reduce plastic bottle use and the kitchen is well equipped for families with children's plastic cups, plates and cutlery.
The main bedroom is to the front of the villa with views over the pool and sea beyond. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower combination, stone sink and night mode lighting. There is a built in storage cupboard for toiletries and children's items such as a toddler step, trainer seat and potty.
There are two twin rooms, each with a built in cupboard and ceiling fans. These two bedrooms share a shower room just over the hall which has a large walk-in shower.
To the rear of the villa there is a good size double room which has an en-suite shower room, plenty of cupboard storage and a large chest of drawers.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning plus the lounge area.
There is a utility cupboard outside the kitchen door with washing machine and steps to the top of the house for drying laundry, these steps have a gate for little ones.
Externally there are steps down to a pool, terrace and garden where you will usually find our resident tortoises - they will be grateful for any leftover salad!
A more recent addition is a covered terrace area to the pool with a sofa area and a smaller dining table. Also on this level is a new bathroom with a walk in shower. Please note that there are two steps down to this terrace from the pool and to bear in mind for any tiny guests! There are some amateur photos of this area at the end of the photo list.
The house is in a great position, 6 mins downhill to the soft sand and turquoise water of Binibeca beach (with sunbeds for hire during high season) and the small village of Cala Torret which can both be accessed via two sets of steps close to the villa, one leading to the beach and the other to the village. There are a number of bars and restaurants closeby and within walking distance, including Paupa, El Faro, Barracuda, Sa Cova del Sol and Bambu Menorca. There is also a wonderful bakery in Cala Torret which serves breakfast and juices in addition to its bread and pastries! There are also several boat hire and diving schools within the village for kayaking, paddleboarding etc.
The house is well positioned close to Sant Lluis for a larger supermarket shop. The pretty harbour town of Es Castell is nearby and worth a visit. Mahon is situated around a 15 minute drive and has plenty to see and do including boat excursions, local markets and museums. There is a tourist train which runs close to the villa between Punta Prima and Binibeca Vell, a pretty white washed 'fishermans' village and worth a visit.
Please note that parking is on the street.

We are a family with two young boys, we live in England.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We have holidayed all over Spain and fell in love with Binibeca when we holidayed here just after lockdown. The whole island is much more natural and more wild than it's neighbouring islands and the pace of life here is wonderfully slow!
Binibeca itself is pretty quiet overall with just the right amount of great quality restaurants and an incredible beach.

We love the views from the terrace and bedroom. Whilst there are steps to the pool we like that it is safer for our kids.
