Charming Latina Center is located in the largest antiques market in Madrid and Spain, known as El Rastro.

This fantastic apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. The apartment is a loft with an upper area where you will have a 135cm bed. It is important to note that the climb is not suitable for people with limited mobility. mobility, you have to be a little agile to access this area, you can see it perfectly in the photos.In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, dining table, and smart tv.

The apartment also has 1 full bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen.The kitchen is equipped with: Ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery...

Among the amenities of the apartment we also find: Free toiletries, free Wi-Fi, sheets and towels.

The apartment has heating and air conditioning.





AREA

Despite being in the center of the city, it is a very quiet area. Streets full of antique shops where you can get lost.

On Sundays and public holidays in the morning, all the locals and tourists go to the well-known Rastro: A market with all kinds of antiques, clothes, strange objects... where all the shops in the neighborhood take their works of art and most picturesque objects to the streets. .

There are also many shops in the area, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars...

Puerta del Sol is only a 15-minute walk away.





HOW TO MOVE

The nearest metro station is La Latina (both line 5) just a couple of minutes walk away.

- Cots for rent are available for €30/stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

- Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

- Bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar parties cannot be held in this accommodation.

- For reservations of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas consumption bills are the responsibility of the guest.-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
