Situé à Sandcastle by the Sea, une belle communauté à quelques pas de Folly Field Beach, vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et profiter de vos vacances. La maison est décorée avec goût dans un style contemporain côtier et est entièrement meublée avec des meubles contemporains. Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran Ultra 4K entourée de coins salons confortables et s'ouvre sur le coin repas et la cuisine. Vous pourrez cuisiner dans la cuisine moderne entièrement équipée et savourer vos repas sur une grande table pour un maximum de dix personnes ou les emmener dehors sur le balcon. Il y a aussi une chambre privée au premier étage et salle de bain complète à l'étage principal .. Au deuxième niveau, vous dormirez dans une chambre spacieuse avec un maître-roi où vous pourrez également vous détendre sur un balcon privé. Deux autres chambres Queen sont également au deuxième niveau. Au troisième étage, vous trouverez une grande salle d'activités avec un téléviseur 4K de 65 pouces pour profiter de vos spectacles, films et jeux préférés. Un canapé, un salon et une chaise se transforment en lits supplémentaires au besoin. De plus, une autre chambre avec deux lits complets est disponible sur ce niveau. Au rez-de-chaussée de cette maison à quatre niveaux, vous trouverez une piscine chauffée où vous pourrez vous détendre lorsque vous ressentez une envie de nager à la maison et de le prendre au frais. L'écran sera installé pour l'été. Vous avez également un barbecue où vous pouvez faire de la cuisine en plein air. Une table de ping-pong est mise en place pour les clients. Best Bach trip getaway

We had a great stay! The house was even better than the pictures! Great location, clean, and plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and rented a golf cart for quick beach access. I especially appreciated Michael’s quick and thorough communication! Excellent host and excellent stay! We had so much fun!

Wonderful Hiltonhead family vacation!

The house had everything we needed and more. The kids were over the moon about the pool, it was private, and we were a short walk from the beach. There was a Spectrum Internet outage for a small part of our stay, but the property owner kept me updated throuighout. We used the very nice charcoal grill a lot to feed the 20 of us, and there were plenty of pots and pans, silverware, etc. The wagons, umbrellas, chairs and other beach items came in super handy as we went to and from the beach. Our 9 grandchildren LOVED the big bunk room. We made a lot of memories! Thank you!

Property has potential

House is wonderful, however the company they hire to clean is NOT! The floors needed to be swept as soon as we go into the house. Then there were missing linens, two beds unmade. The comforters smelled and had dirt stains on them. Bath mat had blood on it, and there was a lack of towels or linens to replace anything with. Glad there was lots of wasp and roach spray. Host was great with reply and location was amazing. Besides the lack of cleanliness, my family had a great time.

I highly recommend this property. The home was beautiful, fully furnished, conveniently located, clean & honestly exceeded our expectations all around. We’ll definitely stay here for our next trip to Hilton Head.

Great place to stay

Great place for a large group! We loved this house! Plenty of space for our crew to spread out and not feel crowded. It’s in a convenient location with a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend to others! The owner was very professional and responds quickly.

I am ambivalent about how to rate as the Property owner is excellent for communication and quickly responding. Location is ideal for a brief walk/bike ride to beach and in a gated community. Beach supplies and overall household items well-stocked. Elevator a plus. Rooms as described.However, property does not feel as new as described, more so on the outside. Outside areas could use some overall cleaning, pressure washing, etc. Outdoor Funiture looked tired, dirty. Pool and adjacent patio area very dark. Was hoping to enjoy sitting outside but this was not appealing. More cabin feeling than beach house. My expectation for the cost was more of a resort feel, hotel-like but this did not feel like. We were a family of 8 with older people in the group. This house probably more appealing/amenable to younger people in large numbers where the cost per person would be more reasonable as witnessed by neighboring houses with many college students.

Wonderful host and house

We really enjoyed our time at this house. We were about half a mile to the Folly Field Beach entrance. Having a covered and screened heated pool made this trip a great experience because we could skip the sunscreen and enjoy without the threat of mosquitos. We enjoyed the large kitchen and game table on the top floor. The elevator was a lifesaver for our very old dog and for our 95 year old grandmother. She was able to come down and sit with us at the pool almost every day. The only down side was the limited seating inside the main floor of the house. Overall we would definitely return to this house again for our vacation.

Great family vacation house!

We were a family of 4 couples and 2 small children and had a wonderful time at Folly Field. The house was very spacious, lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with essentials. The 2 decks were great. Quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. Lots of beach supplies. Definitely recommend.

Very nice home!

Very nice home! There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. It was stocked with plenty of toilet tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, towels, etc. The kitchen was well equipped and included everything we needed. It was a little further from the beach than I thought but still ok. (Half a mile from the beach.)

Review

Overall house was fine. However floors were dirty, high chair was not cleaned thoroughly. The pool area is a bit deceiving in the photos. The area is dark and uninviting. No one from our party wanted to swim in the pool. Pool service should have come before our stay not during. Dishwasher was broken. For the money, we expected better.

Lovely time with family

We thoroughly enjoyed the layout of this property. It was perfect. Michael was a really great host who was readily available when I reached out to him. We had 7 adults, and 5 children. Two of them were under the age of two. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of measuring spoons which we purchased while there. Supplies like trash bags, sponges, toilet paper and paper towels were readily available. There were also a lot of seasonings for cooking. The kitchen overall was really well stocked. We appreciated the two beach wagons, and beach chairs that were also provided. Our only complaint is that the place could have been cleaner. Having small children who walk barefoot and crawl on the floor made the condition of the tile floors obvious. Anyone who walked barefoot ended up with black feet. This was disappointing based on the cleaning fee.

Great large group home

We had a group of 14. 8 adults, 6 kids Pros- Short walk to the beach about 5-7 mins There is a few parking spots you pay by the hour close by to beach if you can get one. They did have wagons to pull stuff to beach. Lots of beach chairs Beach toys Boogie boards Lots of space and beds for everyone Beautiful beach area House had great pantry Provided almost everything we needed for paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and plenty of bath towels. They also had several beach towel available. Had all the cooking supplies including spices Fire Pit was a great extra for s’mores. A nice grill Pool area was well equipped with pool toys and floaties Cons Needs more plates, bowls and silverware for large groups - only had about 10 plates. Had to get paper plates from store. Needs more dish towels. We only found 2. Instructions had said there were extra sheets and pillow cases in closet but we were unable to find the extra sheets or pillow cases for the pullout couch and air mattress. We did find plenty of extra blankets and pillows. I will also mention we did have to clean up some trash left from previous renters and wiped down the counters as they had something sticky spilled on it. Overall we had a great experience with this home. Btw, if you have never been to Hilton Head, which we hadn’t, a lot of places seem to close early as in 6 o’clock. We were surprised by this so just wanted to mention it.

This property was perfect for our large extended family!

The home was large enough for each family to have their own space. It contained everything we needed for our stay. The homeowner was very attentive and quick to respond to questions we had. Overall it was the perfect place for us and we would gladly return in the future.

Restful vacation

Overall it was a good house for our short vacation. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, lots of towels and toilet paper! It was clean but I would definitely recommend a deep clean of base boards. The house was close to the beach but we chose to drive rather than walk to it. The neighborhood was pretty active with fall breakers but our house was quiet backing up to the woods and we were able to catch up on our sleep. The video arcade game that was advertised for this property was broken and so the kids were a bit disappointed but the owner responded very promptly. Unfortunately it wasn’t able to be fixed while we were there due to a part needed…parents weren’t terribly disappointed. :)

Palmetto dunes convert

This house was amazing for our girls weekend get away. Michael was the best the whole time being available via text when we asked to check in early or had any questions. The elevator was so nice to move everything in for our weekend (we cooked all our meals in). The kitchen was great and fully stocked with everything you could want. We easily made meals for 14. The dining room, living room, and deck were all perfect to hang out with. The house itself was wonderfully decorated and breathtaking. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were gorgeous. The walk to the beach was nice every day too! The true highlight was the pool where we spent our rainy afternoons and nights. I 10000% would stay at this location again. It is only 5 minutes away from the airport and was located so close to shopping and entertainment. As a frequent palmetto dunes renter, you can say I’m converted!
