The Rooftop provides the perfect spot for morning breakfasts, afternoon relaxation, or evening cocktails while soaking in the beautiful surroundings.
This beautifully renovated townhouse offers everything you need for a perfect family holiday. Ideal for up to six guests, the property is thoughtfully designed across three levels and features three comfortable bedrooms, a modern family bathroom, a cozy lounge and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight is the expansive green rooftop terrace, complete with recliner chairs and a table, offering the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views of Estepona.

On the lower level, you'll find a spacious lounge area, complete with a 55â Smart TV offering international channels. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet throughout the house, ensuring your stay is as convenient as it is comfortable.
Fully Fitted Kitchen -
The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a fridge-freezer, cooker, hob, and a full set of cutlery and utensils.
