This immaculate, modern home offers a great space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach or exploring this beautiful corner of West Sussex. Perfect for a family of 5 or 6, or a group of friends. An ideal base for beach-goers or keen walkers, with stunning coastal paths leading to Itchenor and the beach just moments from the house.

The Neighborhood:

The home is in West Wittering village - home to a popular, sandy blue flag beach. Walk to the beach (15 mins) or explore the beautiful coastline along footpaths and harbour trails.



East Wittering village is 25 minutes walk or 5 minute drive, and has many shops, restaurants and cafes. Chichester is 15 minutes by car or bus.



Getting Around:

The wider area is best explored in a car. But there are regular buses to and from Chichester, with a bus stop right outside The Wittering. You can also explore the local area on foot or bike.

Our property’s quiet hours (10pm to 8am) are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.



We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our house rules during your stay. We use a smart home technology to help protect our guests, the surrounding community and the property.



‘Minut' is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. It also records temperature and humidity. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.



★ PURCHASE OF LOGS ★

This property has a log burner/fireplace for guests to enjoy. Please note that logs are not provided as standard, although you are welcome to bring your own suitable firewood.



Alternatively, Log Boxes can be pre-ordered for £25, including logs for approximately two evenings, kindling and firelighters, and will be delivered to the property ready for your arrival.
