The property is located in one of the most known beach locations of Syracuse. This place called Arenella, stands out for its beautiful beach of light sand with crystal clear waters, alternating with rocky beaches. The area is equipped with every service, such as bar, bakery, pharmacy, as well as several beaches that also offer restaurant service. The location is also ideal to go visit the various nearby places of interest. In just 10 km (10 minutes driving) you can reach the city of Syracuse and in particular Ortygia, the historic center of the city, a touristic area and a place rich in history, art, good food and a variety of historic buildings, symbol of the island of Ortygia. A few minutes driving from the highway to reach the various touristic places on the south side, such as the splendid Baroque city of Noto, the ancient fisherman village of Marzamemi, the Vendicari naturalistic reserve and the various and known enchanting beaches of the south-eastern coast of Sicily. The nearest airport is Catania and is about 55 minutes by car (70 km).
