The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher, a utility with fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, and a sitting room with gas fire and TV with Freeview. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, a ground-floor double with en-suite cloakroom, and a double with TV, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a rear multi-level garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and a private driveway for three cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed but sorry no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 0.3 miles, and Lake Windermere in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Use Brantfell Lodge as your base to explore Cumbria. Note: There are steps in the garden.
