Apulian luxury Villa

Villaria is a private Villa with swimming-pool and 1 acre of park, just 1 km away from the beautiful white beaches of Maruggio.
Inside you have a large open living room with dining room area and fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances including fridge, freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dish washer, espresso machine and electric kettle. In the night area we find three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds. Outside in the backyard patio there is the fourth bathroom with dryer and washing machine.
The house has in the front a large covered patio, with a huge marble table for dinners and two sitting areas that can be used for aperitivo while enjoying the sunsets.
The swimming-pool area has another covered patio with sunbeds and outside shower to rinse off the sand before jumping in the pool.
The garden around the house is in typical Pugliese style.
As you as you enter the gate there is a parking area for cars.
