About this space
With the nearest rail station a 2 minute walk and the Elizabeth line being only a 12 minute walk, this quiet one bedroom flat with co-working space is perfectly located for professionals working in London Bridge, Canary Wharf or the City. Also an ideal location for those holidaying (close to the O2, Greenwich and central areas such as Tottenham Court Road).
There are several pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The flat is only a 10 minute walk from the river and Thames Path.
The space
As a self catering flat, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, hob, oven, grill, Cuisinart steamer, Vitamix blender and Oscar VitalMAX cold press juicer.
The flat is a great place to relax and offers a television (with Firestick), SONOS speaker and internet access.
The flat has 1 double bedroom (with kingsize bed) and can comfortably sleep 2. Guests (x2) can be accommodated on the pull out futon mattresses which can be found inside the grey cubes in the living room.
There is one bathroom with a toilet, shower, bath and heated towel rail.
Linen, towels, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) and some basic food and condiments (museli, milk, bread, etc.) are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
The balcony which has been enclosed has been converted / is used as a co-working office space. You will find two desks (one of which is both a standing and sitting desk). This area is completely separate from the living room by virtue of double sliding doors / blinds.
The flat is spacious, bright and sunny, cool in summer, warm in winter and is very quiet. We meditate a lot and find the space wonderful for this as it is quiet. There are plenty of meditation cushions and meditation stools available
We have a cleaner that cleans the flat once per week.
Guest access
The flat is situated on the first floor. There is a set of stairs and / or lift for access to the property. Check in time is flexible as we have self check in via a key safe (which is on the wall near to the left of main entry door). Checkout time is 10am (please let us know if you require a later checkout and we will see if we can accommodate this). Free on street parking is available at all times except for between 9.30am - 10.30am Monday - Friday.
Other things to note
The flat is a 2 minute walk from Plumstead rail station (Greenwich is 15 minutes by rail and London Bridge 25 minutes). The flat is a 12 minute walk from Woolwich Arsenal DLR and Elizabeth Line (Canary Wharf 8 minutes by the Elizabeth Line and Tottenham Court Road is 20 minutes). The Uber boat is a 20 minute walk and can be used to travel into places like Waterloo, Westminster and Embankment by river. Within walking distance is a Tesco (small Tesco 6 mins walk) and large 24-hour Tesco, Sainsburys, Marks and Spencer (for food) all 10 mins walk. Nearby are green grocers and corner shops (2 mins walk) and a very local Nisa grocery shop and chemist (4 mins walk).
