Condo was exactly as described. Beautiful place, great location. Very clean and has everything you need. Loved the screened porches. Easy access to pool and beach. Thank you for offering your place to us!NOTE: Toilet in master needs to be tightened. Needed more toilet paper. Instructions on changing the thermostat would be helpful. If it was available - I missed it!

Great place to stay

With 5 ladies in 1 home- it's hard to please everyone, however this town home was the best we have ever stayed. The amenities were top notch, the cleanliness was above standards and the location was great! I would highly recommend staying here whether your with children or on a ladies trip.

We had one issue. The tankless water heater got air locked. We called the maintenance phone number; they answered right away and had Tad the maintenance man called me right back. He walked me through what to do to fix the problem; he stayed on the line as I followed his instructions. We had hot water within 5 minutes. I have not seen responsiveness like that in a long-time and I had fun learning a little about tankless water heaters.

Immaculate Cottage

This property has everything you need in order to have a wonderful vacation. Everything is well stocked and the location couldn't be better. We thoroughly enjoyed the bikes and firepit - will definitely be back!

Great place to stay with family!

Our family has stayed at several of the cottages and this one did not disappoint. The location was great for allowing our family to come and go to the pool/beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to cook each night with ease. The beds slept fantastic!! Couldn’t have asked or needed anything more!

Jekyll Cottage

This was our first time in Jekyll Island. What a treasure! The beach and the history was wonderful! This cottage was a blessing! We were able to spread out, relax, and just enjoy our stay. We cooked in, we could just stay "home" when it was rainy. Such a comfortable and beautiful home.

Very clean house with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. We had a great time. The pool could have used a good cleaning as the shallow end had a lot of leaves/sunscreen film but we just avoided that end. The public beach was super close and accessible.

This townhouse had everything we could have asked for and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home — comfortable, well-equipped, and in a wonderfully clean neighborhood.The beach access was a highlight. Being able to sit and soak in the ocean views was simply amazing, and we took full advantage of it every chance we got. The screened porch was one of our favorite spots. The pool was a great bonus as well.Everything was clean, comfortable, and ready for us from the start. We had everything we needed without having to think twice about it.If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway with all the comforts of home, this is the place. We loved every minute and would highly recommend it!

Jekyll Island Daughters Wedding

The home was spotless, and very well maintained. We could see the Ocean right across the street. We fell in love with the screened in Balconies, our place to relax, unwind and enjoy Ocean breeze as it blew in from the beach. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Island!

Lovely cottage. Love the high celings and large windows. Felt "just right" for family of 7. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and beautifully organized. We very much appreciated the beach equipment made available for our use in the storage closet. "The Cottages" facilities and landscaping are top notch.

Clean and Comfortable!

Amazing property! We’ve stayed on Jekyll a few times but this was a first with this rental company- we are hooked! The house had a load of amenities- we enjoyed the board games and free bikes! The beds were also incredibly comfortable. Even my mom who fractured 2 vertebrae in her back 6 months ago slept well! We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful!

Our party was 3 couples. Our husbands were there for an annual golf tournament. We had a wonderful time! The porch with the large dining table was our favorite spot Used the nice grill and even the gas fire pit! Everything we needed was there. Such a beautiful cottage. Can’t wait to come back next year! VERY lovely property but lacking in.....

While the property was absolutely lovely, it lacked just a couple of small items that I would expect to be available at this type of rental property. First, I would expect a complimentary starter package of coffee, sugar, and cream. We arrived late at night and did not know where a store was located. Second, I would expect to have a bar of soap in each bathroom. It was clumsy to take the counter liquid soap dispenser into the shower. Otherwise, the property was magnificent.

5 Star Home and Community

The house, pool, and neighborhood are awesome! We really enjoyed our stay with the family and kids. The home is well stocked with everything you need, including 2 adult bikes, and the wonderful beach buggy! They have comfortable beds, linens, and sofa. I would highly recommend staying at this house!
