STUA Rialto~Marché

Thank you so much, Alicia! 💫 We’re delighted you enjoyed the location and the smooth check-in. We’d be happy to welcome you back to Venice anytime!

Thank you, Shanon, for sharing your experience! We’re so pleased to hear you enjoyed the apartment, its location, and your overall stay. It’s always our goal to create a comfortable base for discovering Venice, and your feedback lets us know we’re on the right track. We’d be very happy to host you again in the future!

Dear Cindy Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few important points. Our check-in process is managed by a local team and, as clearly explained in the arrival instructions, it is essential to schedule an appointment in advance. Unfortunately, this step was not followed correctly, which caused some delays on your arrival. Regarding the apartment: The cookware and pans are brand new, purchased at the beginning of the season, and are cleaned thoroughly after each stay. The bathroom door handle has now been tightened—thank you for pointing that out. The air conditioner did experience a rare issue during your stay, and we would have gladly assisted if contacted, but no report was made at the time. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each arrival, including the furniture. We always strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would have been happy to assist you during your stay if given the opportunity. Best regards, Annalisa

Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for sharing your experience and for choosing to stay in our apartment. We really appreciate your honesty and are sorry that your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. We’re already working on some improvements to address the concerns you mentioned, such as repainting the walls and updating the furnishings to ensure greater comfort. We will also carefully consider your suggestions about more breathable bedding and upgraded mattresses. Our aim is always to provide a pleasant and relaxing experience. Regarding the humidity and air conditioning, we’ll be reviewing options to better manage ventilation, especially on more humid evenings. We understand the discomfort you experienced, and we thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re also sorry about the external noise. Living in a historic building in such a central area can sometimes mean a bit closer coexistence. We’ll look into ways to improve soundproofing, within the constraints of the building’s structure. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the apartment’s location and appreciated the chance to explore the area on foot. Thank you again for your review and suggestions. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future for a more comfortable experience aligned with your expectations. Kind regards, Annalisa
