It sits on two levels and has one bedroom, a sofa bed in the living area, two bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with all comforts and a charming terrace that offers a timeless view. The house is located a few steps from the enchanting Piazza Palmieri and a few steps from the sea . A staircase with high steps leads to the first floor where there is access to the apartment in the living room, which has a sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Going up one floor there is the kitchen with a table, chairs and sofa, double bedroom and full bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The next floor has the splendid terrace overlooking the sea and the historic center, furnished with a table and chairs for peaceful al fresco dinners, sofas, and deck chairs for serene sunbathing.
