The market is located around the Ribera de Curtidores, a steep slope along which there are hundreds of stalls with the most diverse objects for sale, from potato peelers to furniture, movies, used clothing or plugs.

You are in the center of Madrid and have fantastic connections so you can easily get around during your time in the city.

The nearest metro station is Puerta de Toledo (line 5), a 4-minute walk from the apartment.

- The property is not rented for tourist purposes, as these are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT.

- Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the terms of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your booking.

- Rental cribs are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request this by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

- Guests must show a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.

- Bachelor or bachelorette parties and similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
