Appliances include a freestanding electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher and for entertainment, there is TV with Freeview, DVD player, and WiFi. Outside, there is a lawned garden with a deck area, garden furniture and barbecue, and parking for three cars. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property.
You can find a shop in 0.8 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and a beach in 0.4 miles. Note: Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 9:30am. Little Strand, a fantastic base for a Cornish getaway.

Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
