Casa della Sabina is a vacation apartment in Maruggio, just 3 km from the beautiful beaches of Campomarino on the Ionian Sea. The apartment is located on the second floor and offers up to 6 beds.
There are all the main accessories such as air conditioning, TV, washing machine, electric oven, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Outdoor space equipped with barbecue and shower. Pets are allowed.

The vacation apartment is on the second floor. It is reached by outdoor stairs leading to a small balcony.
The
entrance is into lovely living room, characterized by vaulted ceilings
with ancient stones brought back to view. The living room is furnished
with a sofa and dining table and chairs. The kitchen next door is well
equipped and spacious.
The sleeping area consists of two
bedrooms, one double and one triple, both with air conditioning. The
shower room is complete. In addition, Casa della Sabina has a large
outdoor space equipped for outdoor dining, plus laundry room with
washing machine.
Casa della Sabina is an ancient dwelling,
recently renovated, with the ancient vaults and walls made of local
stone, ideal for a quiet vacation in Salento. From its balcony there is a
view of the historic center of Maruggio.

The vacation home is located in the center of Maruggio,
a pretty little town where all commercial activities and services are
present. The nearest beaches of the Salento Ionian arch are those of
Campomarino di Maruggio, located just 3 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for only small pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
