A cosy wood burner finishes the high quality furnishings as displayed in the picture with the amazing Porth beach visible from the front bay window. An entirely private tastefully landscaped garden with several lounge/seating areas for relaxing in the garden deck and soaking up the suns rays. Guest access
The Entire house and private garden areas are accessible for guests. The gardens are secure and gated with a key code to access the garden. The Hot tub has a safety catch with an insulated cover.
Other things to note
No late night parties as this is a residential area. Have fun but please be courteous
