The open-plan living and dining area is bright and generously proportioned, with direct access to a private balcony – an ideal spot for morning coffee or a book on a sunny afternoon. The room is lined with shelves of books, a reflection of the owner’s background as a university professor, and guests are warmly invited to browse during their stay. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and smart built-in storage, with a sliding glass door that can be opened to the living space or closed for privacy. You’re less than a 10-minute walk from Angel station (Northern Line), with Farringdon (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, and National Rail) and King’s Cross St Pancras also within easy reach. The newly opened Elizabeth Line provides direct links across London, from Canary Wharf to Paddington.

Clerkenwell and Islington are home to some of the capital’s best independent shops, restaurants, and cultural venues. Upper Street is a short walk away and offers everything from boutiques and bakeries to theatres like The Almeida and King’s Head. Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!

Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
