Fully equipped apartment within a residential complex with shared swimming pool, in Sirmione, the pearl of Lake Garda.



The apartment, located on the first floor accessible on foot, opens onto the bright living room which features a sofa, a television, a dining table and an open-plan kitchen. The living room overlooks the balcony equipped with a second table, perfect for enjoying excellent meals in the open air with a wonderful lake and pool view. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.



The shared swimming pool is open from 15 May to 30 September, during the following hours: 9.00 - 13.00 and 15.00 - 23.00. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

The pearl of Lake Garda is what the marvellous city of Sirmione is nicknamed. Starting from the city's historic walls, you begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaliger Castle and its Darsena. Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers truly unforgettable views. For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to take part in an itinerary discovering Lugana Wine whilst pedalling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the thermal centre offers everything needed to regenerate and find serenity and wellbeing, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed are Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events and the marvellous beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.



The apartment is located approximately 10 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and 30 minutes from the airport.
