In addition to the garden space, there is also a small courtyard at the back of the home with a table and chairs that allow you to enjoy a second outdoor space with more privacy. At the end of the courtyard, there is a laundry room with separate Samsung washing and drying machines, a sink, and plenty of space to hand-dry clothes.
