5 Star Award Winning Lodge - The Ramsay - sleeps 4

Wonderful wooden lodge with stunning views over the Scottish countryside. Privately located on an organic working farm. It has two bedrooms with superking sized beds, one can be made into a two. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. One has a raindance shower and a deep soak bath. The second a raindance shower.
The living area connected to the wonderfully equipped kitchen. There is an oak table for dining at and patio doors that lead onto the front decking. This raised decking is a wonderful spot for some outdoor dining. The spacious hot tub is located on the back decking in a private location with wonderful views.

Dog friendly! We love dogs at airhouses and you are welcome to bring 2 well behaved dogs to The Ramsay, please add them after booking in Manage my Booking or contact us to do it for you. They are an extra £45 per dog for the duration of your stay.

Beautiful place

Airhouse’s is situated in such a beautiful location and the views from the lodge are stunning. We received a warm welcome from Damien when we arrived at the lodge, which was very nice. The lodge had everything that you could ask for. We booking the Meet & Greet animal experience with Damien which was very interesting, informative and fun getting to know all animals. We had a wonderful weekend and we plan to go back in future.

Another lovely break at Airhouses

We enjoyed a lovely break at The Ramsay. Always so nice to be back and you feel relaxed as soon as you enter the property and walk through to look out to the beautiful view. We enjoyed walks around the farm and always find something new to do in the local area. Having the pizza oven and equipment one evening to make our own pizzas added a fun element to our week. Thank you to Damien and family for another super visit.

Last minute trip to our Fave

We only booked The Ramsay on the Thursday night at 11 30pm and were checking in at 5pm on Friday. We were very lucky as there had been a cancellation so it was available for a family weekend get together. A lovely bowl of fruit and goodie bag was waiting for us on our arrival and as always Airhouses doesn’t disappoint. It’s spotlessly clean and so comfortable. We visited the cafe on Saturday morning and enjoyed freshly brewed coffees and visited the animals en route. The weather was beautiful so we were able to take advantage on the outdoor deck and the dogs enjoyed it too. Thank you again Airhouses!

3rd visit

Excellent choice, we've been in three of the lodges now. All of them very well presented. Damien was wonderful with a couple of issues we had which were unrelated to the lodge. Very helpful and understanding. Loved the animals.

Five star quality. Wow!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in the well-equipped Ramsay Lodge at Airhouses. Everything was perfect. We opted to order a deli plateau for the first night which was fresh and delicious. There was even a 24 hr small but well stocked shop. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. What a location! Magnificent views and only a stones throw from the great places to visit in the Borders: Thirlestane, Abbotsford, Scott’s View, Melrose Abbey, Trimontium Museum, The Great Tapestry of Scotland, Traquair House to name but a few. So much to see and do we need to come back! Wouldn’t hesitate to book Airhouses again and again…

This is our second year we have came on Holiday her. This is an excellent place, so friendly and the cabin is so good. Love this place.

A very lovely place to stay.

This is a ideal place to stay if you want peace and quiet, comfort and lovely views. Very interesting to look around the animals on the farm and lovely walks around the farm. The hot tub was good too and great night skies for star watching.

Beautiful family holiday

The Ramsey at Airhouses has been our favourite family holiday! Our 3 year old daughter absolutely loved feeding all the animals on the farm, which were clearly very looked after. A very special thank you to Damian who took time to speak and know our little girl, allowing her to really find her confidence on the holiday. The accommodation itself was spotless, with everything you could possibly need provided. The hot tub was beautiful too and made the amazing views of the countryside even more special! Thank you for giving us such an amazing family holiday, with a lifetime of precious memories made. We will certainly be back soon!

Excellent lodge in a beautiful location

We had a fantastic week at the Ramsay. The setting on the farm is wonderful and the kids loved feeding the pigs and the donkeys. The accommodation is clean, spacious and to a very high standard. The added bonus of the hot tub is a real treat to relax in at the end of the day. A really lovely location and excellent lodge facilities. Our family had a great holiday here.

Beautiful

The Ramsey lodge was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A lovely welcome pack was awaiting us too. The views from here are fantastic with deer a regular visitor. Hot tub was fabulous. Would definitely recommend if your if need of a good chill out.

Airhouses is a fantastic escape from the real world to a special little paradise where you can relax and unwind. The lodges are luxurious and immaculately kept with great features. It has everything you can need for a weeks stay to be very comfortable.

A very comfortable and well equipped lodge in a quiet and relaxing location. Great local walks. Lots of thoughtful extras and felt very well looked after by Carol and Martin.

As good as always

Lodge was excellent, clean comfortable with great views across the countryside. This was the third visit and not disappointed. Hot tub was marvellous, and there was plenty of wildlife and animals to view. Close to melrose, Kelso, Edinburgh for days out. Thanks to Damian and everyone involved with airhouses ,keep up the good work.

Amazing stay as always

Another amazing stay at airhouses. Absolutely loved the Ramsay. Perfect location, amazing lodge and wonderful hosts. Loved the animals on the farm and friendliness of everyone at Airhouses. Another brilliant stay at Airhouses

Our fourth time at Airhouses and as wonderful as usual, nice to see money being spent to keep the lodges at their very high standard. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the pop up cafe and the animals. Excellent location to get away from it all, fantastic views over Lauderdale from the hot tub.

Couldn't fault a thing

As a family we all had an excellent stay. The location was beautiful, walks around the farm were very good. Our daughter really enjoyed seeing and feeding the animals every day. You could do as much or as little as you wanted, and then soak in the hot tub looking out over the fields.
