Ground floor: bedroom 1 with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 and 3 both with double beds (1 queen size and 1 super king), fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, access to the small sunny patio with garden area.

In the hallway, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, underfloor heating and electric towel rails.

Spiral staircase up to the 1st floor: Spacious and very bright living room with comfortable furniture, closed fireplace, air conditioning, wi-fi and TV with NOS cable system with a wide selection of national and international channels and dining area. Panoramic sliding window opens onto a South facing balcony with outdoor dining area and beautiful sea view. Spacious kitchen, equipped with induction hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, tumble dryer, as well as various other small appliances (toaster, kettle, hand blender, etc.)

All bed linen and towels provided, except beach towels.

Maid service with full change of house linen provided on stays of 2 weeks or more, after 7 nights.
