Casa Piero, relax and private pool in Langhe hills

Casa Piero is a detached holiday home featuring a private pool and a private garden, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. It’s located in a quiet residential area just minutes from Alba, in the heart of the Langhe wine region.

The house offers two outdoor parking spaces and a private garage (with electric car charging). The interior has been recently renovated and carefully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay: high-quality mattresses and linens, spacious bedrooms with wardrobes, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, and all necessary cookware.

The house has 3 bedrooms. The price and the number of available bedrooms depend on the number of guests: for 2–4 people, 2 bedrooms will be prepared, but the third bedroom can be used with an additional charge of €15 for bed linens. For 5–6 people, all three bedrooms will be prepared

Guests also have free use of a dishwasher and washing machine, with cleaning products provided. The private garden is ideal for outdoor breakfasts, relaxation, or playtime with children.

The house is located in one of the most elegant district of the city. You will be able to enjoy a beautifully quiet location, overlooking a private courtyard with a private swimming pool. It’s a lovely residential area, surrounded by the hills.
The house is on the first floor (please note that there are stairs to reach the apartment) - downstair the garage and the private courtyard with a swimming pool (opening June-September), solarium area and patio with table and chairs.
Your pets are welcome, just need to book and to pay an extra form them.
