Cobb Cottage is a stylish hideaway, tucked down a cobbled side street in the heart of Weymouth's historic harbour. The cottage has been lovingly converted from a former bookshop into a contemporary, centrally located holiday home with easy access to Weymouth harbour, town and beach. Perfectly suited for two couples or a family, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a parking permit to for one car which provides free parking on street outside the cottage, or in a nearby car park.
Soak up the coastal atmosphere when you stay at Cobb Cottage. This delightful cottage has been lovingly converted into the stunning self catering holiday cottage that it is today. On the ground floor, you'll find the modern fitted kitchen, complete with NEFF appliances including a double oven, five ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge / freezer.
Leading off the kitchen is the stylish living room, complete with wood burning stove and smart TV along with a large industrial style dining table and bench seating - perfect to gather around with a takeaway and games!
A feature wooden staircase leads up from the ground to first floor. On the first floor is the master bedroom, with zip and link beds that can be set as two singles (on request)*, this bedroom leads to a stylish en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is also a single bedroom on this floor, which shares a 'secret door' into the shared en-suite! Up on the 2nd floor is a further King size bed, with adjoining en-suite shower room. The house is perfect for families, or 2 couples holidaying together, offering an element of privacy with the two en-suite bedrooms. *Please note there are steep stairs to the first and second floor, so please take care with children.
There is a small 'Yarden' at the back of the house, big enough for a glass of wine before heading out for the evening. We also provide one parking permit for free on street parking in front of the cottage, or in a nearby residents car park. Sorry, no pets.

From the harbour bridge; make your way down Trinity Rd, passing ‘Nana Moons’ on your right. Follow the road until you reach ‘The Old Rooms’ here take the right into Trinity Street. Cobb Cottage is the blue painted cottage ahead on your left. You can park here if there is space outside the cottage or if you keep driving past the cottage, go up the hill to the right and then turn left you’ll see the car park behind Brewers Quay, you can park your car in here using our permit. Be sure to park in the ‘Residents’ side (beyond the big yellow sign) and ensure you display the permit from the cottage in your windscreen immedietely. The permit will also cover you anywhere in zone ‘L’. The key safe is next to the front door.
