My home is a lovely 17th-century converted barn in the picturesque village of Andoversford. This Grade II listed property has 3 bedrooms, one ensuite, with 2 king size and 1 double beds. The property has been recently renovated, maintaining it’s original features, and has been tastefully furnished throughout.

My home is a perfect base to soak up village life, explore Cheltenham and all the Cotswolds has to offer..

My converted barn has two floors, giving plenty of space and privacy. The renovation has been carefully planned, balanced between maintaining original features, such as exposed beams, cotswold stone wall features and a contemporary upgrade, making the barn a wonderful place to stay!

The downstairs layout has a large living and dining area, with log burner and Smart TV. The dining area comfortably sits 6, and has french doors opening up to the front garden, perfect for spring / summer. To the rear of the barn is the modern fully equipped kitchen, with Hotel Chocolate Nespresso machine as well as a utility room for those muddy boots and coats, and separate WC.

The secluded private garden allows for morning coffee in the sun, and a barbeque for a perfect way to unwind and relax after a long day exploring!

The first floor has the master bedroom with king size bed (Hypnos mattress) and ensuite shower room. There are two further bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with a double bed (Gainsborough mattress), as well as a family bathroom. All bedrooms come with anti-allergy pillows and duvets, hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.

There is free on street parking, on first come first served basis, approx 50 metres from the barn.

Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.

There is a travel cot and High chair at the property (please note that bed linen for the travel cot is not provided)

CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the cottage sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.

CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

Guests will have access to the whole property, including exclusive use of the garden.

My property is managed by Pass the Keys® Cotswolds, led by Tim and supported by Andrea and Caroline. They are based here in the Cotswolds and are able to offer local expertise before, during and after your stay!

The team have many years experience in managing Airbnb listings and will ensure my property is professionally cleaned and guest ready ahead of your arrival. They also provide 24/7 guest support.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Great location, warm and everything we needed. However the home was a little tired looking and the ladder radiators in the kitchen and downstairs toilet were very hot and close to fridge and toilet which meant we had to be very careful until we could turn them down. Verification process prior to visit was difficult and took over 2 hours to complete a shame because it was a poor start to the trip. Garden could have done with a tidy as it was not the best first impression.
