Welcome to our one of a kind 4BR villa with large POOL, perfect for large groups seeking a memorable vacation experience. With breathtaking views of greenery, this villa is a true gem.
The villa boasts ample living space, with ample of space for relaxation and entertainment with WIFI. A large outdoor PRIVATE area is included for all our 11 guests, with a large pool, deckchairs and a BBQ area.
The property has 4 large BRs and with additional of this location, this property is second to none.
Parking Space| Street parking space easily found.
Living Spaces| Beautiful outdoor area with pool, deckchairs, table, chairs and BBQ. Also a massive open living/ kitchen area inside with sofas and large smart TV.
Also included is a fully large billiard table, free of charge to use.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with oven, the latest design double door fridge with a huge freezer compartment and utensils, everything a family or a group of friends would need to fix a wonderful meal. The Villa is equipped for both short and long term rentals !
Bedrooms| 4 bedrooms, of which 1 is with 3 single beds, the other with 1 king sized bed and the other 2 with a double bed.
Although we do accept 13 guests, for over and above 11 guests, we will provide single folding beds, although in general we prefer max 11 guests.
Linens| We all love a good night sleep, all bedrooms will be equipped with high end linens and quilts. We also provide 2 towels each for showering and towels for the pool area.
Bathrooms| 4 bathrooms one full bathroom, another ensuite, another one by the pool and a spare toilet.
Small note: Pool is cleaned weekly.

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
