The perfect location is on the door step of the Afan Forest Park and is great for mountain bikers and hikers. A short drive from the city of Swansea and Port Talbot.

The Space:
A delightful 1 bedroom ground floor apartment. Based in Cwmafan you are a short drive from the Afan Forest Park and Welsh Valleys.

The property comprises of a double bedroom, large shower room, living room, smart TV and fully equipped kitchen including all of the cooking utensils, pots and pans that you would expect to find in your own home, making dining in easy. Hairdryer provided. The sofa bed is a single Fold-Away bed with a comfortable mattress which can be used in the living area, bedding is provided for this too.

There is a brick built bike shed for secure storage of your mountain bikes. Well behaved dogs are allowed with prior notice

Guest Access:
Transport links are readily available with junction 40 of the M4 approximately 2 miles to the south west via the A4107. Our property is north east of Port Talbot, with the city of Swansea 12 miles to the west and Cardiff 35 miles to the east.

When you arrive at the property there is unrestricted on road parking available close by.

The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code within 48 hours of
your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won't be sharing with anyone.

The Neighborhood:
Based in the small village of Cwmafan there are a number of cafes, restaurants and pubs a short walk away. Less than a ten minute drive and you will reach Port Talbot where you will find a shopping centre and a leisure centre and Go Ape, A little further west you will find the city of Swansea less than 12 miles away.

The Afan Forest Park Mountain bike trails are 4 miles to the North East which is named in the top ten places in the world to 'ride before you die'. The park is home to four world class mountain bike trails and two family friendly routes, offering something for both amateur and more experienced bikers alike.

Of course, traversing around on two wheels is not the only way to discover the area and there are a variety of other outdoor pursuits to enjoy, including nature rambles and hikes, horse riding, kayaking, caving, climbing, gorge walking, fishing and visiting the spectacular waterfalls that are all in easy-reach.
