We had the best time ever staying at this beautiful apartment with a great garden.
Everything was just perfect including the weather luckily. Spacious rooms truly welcoming. The kitchen had everything you could want and more, I have serious fridge envy!.
We loved dining at the table in the conservatory such a bright and inviting room with garden views. We were very lucky to be able to spend a lot of time in the garden which for us was just perfect. We are already hoping to book this gorgeous place to return soon.
Thank you .
Located close to Bournemouth station (10 mins) and a short walk (20 mins) from the sea.
Well laid out with some thoughtful touches, and recommendations, although TV remotes were a challenge, and the dining table was strangely sticky -newly varnished?
Not sure about wheelchair friendly - no steps inside the property, but shallow step in the entrance porch and larger steps to and in the garden. In addition, walk in shower and beds are quite low.
Ideal for those planning to stay a few days and explore along the coast or take the train.
Malcolm (my husband) and I absolutely love to travel and you'll find photo's from some of our experiences displayed around the flat. We love photography too; we take pictures (memories) leaving only footprints. This helps us to keep "stuff" to a minimum. Malcolm has competed in round the world yacht races so some of the photo's show these adventures. We gave our two sons roots and wings, so much so that our eldest now lives in Canada. Once our boys left home we used the space hosting foreign students and learning about different cultures gave us the travel bug again. However a few years ago we spent quite some time travelling the USA in a motorhome. Now we mainly check in over the summer with the Canadian side of our family. We are probably there now... We enjoy cooking and trying out new foods, there are spices in the kitchen - feel free to use them just replace if you empty a jar. Thanks. We love our home and hope you do too - we will be back for the winter and could have the odd room available if you fancy joining us then?
Our home occupies the ground floor of a beautiful Edwardian villa. We're on a quiet leafy road that is part of a Bournemouth conservation area. A short stroll to the main road through cosmopolitan Charminster gives you access to a myriad of restaurants from around the world. Queens Park and Meyrick park with their respective golf courses are both within easy reach.
