Modern 1st Floor Apartment with Terrace

Slip into Casa Designer, a modern 1st floor Apartment with terrace within the Walls of Lucca. Fully renovated in early 2023, the bespoke interior design, stylish modern interiors featuring 20th Century Design and spacious bedrooms all contribute to a sense of calm sanctuary in the heart of this charming city. With a central location in a walking distance from free parking, bus terminal and amazing groceries, the likes of the main squares are close, with enchanting restaurants also nearby.



The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.



The closest Parking is Mazzini, located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking. We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.



If you have a late arrival, make sure to inform us ahead of time. You can experience the flexibility of a late check-in, available until midnight for a surcharge of 50 euros payable in cash upon arrival.

For those enchanted by the allure of Lucca after midnight, a check-in option is also offered with a surcharge of 100 euros.

Great apartment in a great location close to shopping area, with lots of fabulous restaurants close by. Near the city walls where a daily stroll is something to be savoured. The apartment is stylishly furnished with all the amenities that make a good holiday great. Will be back.

Home Away From Home

Before, during and after our wonderful stay in Lucca, Manuel and the team provided superb and genuine interest in making our stay a fun and stress-free experience. Casa Designer apartment was in a great location, quiet and easy to live in. The appliances were all easy to operate, the showers were great, and the bed was SO comfy at the end of a day of walking. There is no other accommodation company to consider when in Lucca! Our only suggestion would be perhaps a tea pot as part of the kitchen stock.

Perfect

I am from Lucca and my parents live 2 minutes by foot so I am bias when it comes to the area. There are plenty of local bars, cafes and you are a few steps from the walls where you can have lovely daily walks in the shadow. We were in 4 and were never in each other’s way. The living room is the place to gather around for a catch up about the day and put your feet up. The kitchen has all the amenities necessary for a lovely dinner and the balcony is a plus. Both bedrooms are comfortable and also get very dark at night, which is not a small detail. Bathrooms were practical and all the amenities really nice. We loved it and have already recommend it to some friends who have also stayed. Thank you for everything. Lucca Apartments and Villas is a team of professionals. Flexible check-out time. 10 feels a bit early but we understand that there are many apartments to manage. It is just a suggestion. Everything is perfect.

Very comfortable and roomy apartment.

The apartment was well positioned for us as we prefer that end of Lucca away from the busier touristy end. Lots of good restaurants, grocers etc close by. The balconies of the apartment are bigger than they look in the pix - very enjoyable spot for collazione or aperitivo. The apartment had everything we needed and the kitchen was set up for cooking. Comfortable beds and good showers. Nothing much.

Love this apartment

Loved this apartment. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, nice and bright and the back porch was so comfortable to sit and enjoy the beautiful gardens. Good washing machine with lots of space to hang clothes. Lots of towels for our group. Would stay here again in a minute.

The apartment is spacious (more so than the photos suggest), airy and tastefully yet comfortably furnished and well-equipped. It is in a quiet street just a stone's throw from the town walls and close to great restaurants and bars. Manuel was friendly, welcoming and informative.

What a fantastic apartment

What a fantastic apartment in the heart of Lucca, location was excellent. The apartment itself was a mix of rustic Italian charm on the outside with a modern feel inside. Communication on arrival and support throughout our stay was great, thank you Manuel. Highlight was having a terrace to the front and back of the property to allow you to take full advantage of the beautiful weather. We will definitely return 😊

Very nice furnished apartment at a great location. Everything is easy to reach. Manuel gave some very helpful additional tips and was very friendly. Luckily we had air conditioning as it gets very hot during summer days. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Lucca and Tuscany

Apartment was great

The apartment was great and the balcony off the kitchen was peaceful and a perfect spot for relaxing with a cool bottle of wine after a lot of walking. Furnishings were very unique and stylish, felt more like a home than a rental. Would definitely stay again.
