Bournecoast are delighted to offer this five bedroom family home with its spacious and attractive interior, which offers three ground floor bedrooms, two first floor bedrooms and four shower rooms/bathrooms. The property is situated in Queens Park, just a short distance away from the Queens Park recreation area, Queens Park Golf Couse, the Littledown Sports Centre and Castlepoint Shopping Centre. This accommodation offers all that is needed for a relaxing family holiday.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
The Master Double Bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a walk in wardrobe/dressing room and a modern ensuite shower room and toilet. There are two further Double Bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has an ensuite shower room with a toilet. On the first floor you will find a fourth Double Bedroom and the fifth bedroom which has Twin Beds.
There is a spacious and stylish open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which benefits from under floor heating and surround sound. There are two lounge areas in this room, one of them is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREE WIFI for holiday lets is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). In the lounge you will find bi-fold doors leading out on to the garden.
The modern kitchen area includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The property has the convenience of a separate utility room with a WASHING MACHINE.
On the ground floor is a modern bathroom with an oval bath, hand held shower facility and a toilet. There is also a modern shower room and toilet on the first floor.

THE LOCAL AREA:
Queens Park is one of the largest parks that is in Bournemouth and is home to Queens Park Golf course. In the park is a modern playground, with climbing activities, swings, slides and a cafe. Queens Park Golf Course is set in undulating mature parkland with picturesque tree lined fairways. The rich heritage and challenging test of golf continue to draw golfers from a wide area who enjoy the unique character that Queens Park offers. A very short drive from the house is Castlepoint Shopping complex containing around 40 shops, including major retailers such as Marks and Spencers, Boots, Topshop, Asda, Sainsburys and Next providing an outdoor mall experience. A short drive in the other direction is the Littledown Park, set in 47 acres of parkland with its own high ropes adventure complex, miniature railway, play park and even a paddling pool (open seasonally). Christchurch Golf Centre is also close by, set in a beautiful rural location with views over the River Stour and Avon Forest.
