Accommodating a maximum of seven adults, it is a perfect venue for families keen on water sports, cycling, walking, birdwatching or just wanting to relax.
Living Area
There is a good size open plan lounge with wide views of the harbour, comfortable seating, smart TV and BOSE speaker. To the front is a paved patio area with table and chairs providing an ideal spot to watch the world go by and marvellous sunsets. The perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening sundowner. Off the lounge is an entrance lobby and a large shower room, ideal for anyone coming off the water.

The rear bedroom is double aspect with views of the harbour and gardens and is adjacent to the family bathroom.
