This 3 bedroom property has been completely refurbished to a high standard by the owners.

Set in the shadows of York Minster and just a few minutes walk to the heart of the city centre. The ground floor of the property has a very spacious open plan lounge and dining area with comfortable seating, LCD Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and a dining table to seat 6 for dinner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect to find in a property of this standard including a coffee machine. Just off the kitchen is a ground floor wc with sink.

Moving up to the first floor of the property there are two of the bedrooms. The first of which is the large master bedroom that comes with a tremendously spacious shower ensuite. The second bedroom is next door and features twin beds. The main family bathroom is also on this floor and has a bath with an overhead shower.

On the top floor there is another twin room in the attic complete with drawer unit and clothing rail.

Although there is no parking as such with the property there is a car park very close by where you can park for 24 hours for around £15.

The property will accept one well behaved dog but please be aware all pets must be kept on the ground floor area.

Great house

Lovely house in a perfect location with free on street parking using the permit provided, plus a pay and display car park just behind the house for any additional cars. The house was nice and spacious and very clean

Great location, spacious, clean and tidy

The house was in a great location, close to the minster and City centre. It was clean and tidy but rather basic. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken and the shower in there was poor. The beds were comfortable. It was perfectly adequate for a short stay.
