This stunning apartment is located on the FIRST Floor, comfortably sleeping four to six people. You will have exclusive use of the apartment enabling you 'to do what you want when you want'.
The lounge and bedrooms benefit from panoramic windows giving a stunning view overlooking the river and across to Dartmouth.

YOU CANNOT USE THE SWIMMING POOL FACILITES IF YOU ARE THE ONLY OCCUPANT OF YOUR APARTMENT.

ELECTRICITY IS CHARGED PER UNIT USED.

This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including linen and towels, a travel cot is available however please bring your own bedding for this.
The kitchen comes complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and a good range of utensils and cleaning products.
The main bedroom has an ensuite with bath.
Whilst staying at Kingswear Park, you have access to the pool building, including indoor pool (with resistance jet), sauna, spa, small gym as well as the other onsite activities. Be sure to explore the 5 acres of grounds as there are some truly special views to be appreciated.
There is free wi-fi, allocated parking, extra parking and access to the on-site Electric Vehicle charging points.
The apartment is NO Smoking.
We have eleven beautifully appointed apartments at Kingswear Park, converted from an 1880's Country House and Stables.

The apartments enjoy stunning views whilst maintaining the expected high standard of accommodation.

The resort offers a choice of one & two bedroom apartments, with the latter having extra bath/shower facilities. All apartments have additional sofa beds.

All apartments are well equipped, with a kitchen that contains items you would expect at home including fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, utensils and cleaning products.

All linen and towels are provided.

Free wifi, free parking and access to an on-site Electric Vehicle charger (chargeable) is provided.

The resort is a no smoking resort.

The resort is located in five acres, high on the hill at Kingswear. The property includes a pool complex (pool, spa, small gym, sauna and sun terrace), tennis court, croquet, basketball, 9-hole pitch & putt, children's play area and woodland walks.

The views across to Dartmouth are unrivalled. The property and grounds are all excellent. The apartment was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It is a very relaxing and peacfeful place. The staff are superb, friendly and do everything thay can in order to make our stay a pleasant experience.

The apartment was great, stunning views, comfy beds, lovely grounds and super helpful staff. The apartment had everything you need, great kitchen including diswasher etc. It was really nice the staff had provided washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets etc. We have an electric car and the charging was good.

Lovely relaxing stay in a great location, despite the weather being a bit grim!

As ever, members and guests comfort is prioritised. Elinor and her team are top notch. The location and views are the best ever and our apartment was spotless for our arrival. Shame about the weather but it was a minor inconvenience overall.

Kingswear Park is within easy access of Dartmoor, boasting heather-clad moorland, rugged scenery, cosy country haunts and many other action-packed outdoor pursuits. As well as numerous beaches, historical locations, rugged coastlines, pleasant country walks and many English Heritage and National Trust sites all within easy reach. The whistle from steam trains can often be heard along the Dart valley.

Historic cities of Exeter, Totnes, Buckfast and Plymouth are within easy reach, whilst Kingswear Park is an excellent base for exploring further afield in Devon and Cornwall.

Kingswear is also known as the location of Agatha Christie's house at Greenway. Many of her plays are performed at the local theatre in Paignton.

Kingswear Park resort is located in the quaint resort of Kingswear, on the English Rivera, between Brixham (4 miles away), Paignton (6 miles) and Torquay (15 miles).

There must be two adults (over 18) in the swimming pool area while it is in use. We cannot sign out a swimming pool key to anyone staying as a single adult with children under 18 years of age. This is for your safety as the pool is unmanned.

Electricity used is charged for at the end of your stay.
