This property can be found within walking distance of the Marina Rubicon with its exclusive selection of waterfront bars, restaurants and designer shops, as well as being conveniently situated for the Playa Dorada and Costa Papagayo Beaches.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is a single storey on a walled and secluded plot set among similar properties in a semi-residential development that is close to all amenities. The pool area is secluded and south facing, the pool has a unique design with large steps to walk into the pool, which is heated during the winter months. The property is fully equipped and has free WIFI, Internet TV and coin operated Air conditioning in the master and the twin bedroom.
INTERIOR
Living/Dining Room:
You gain access via a door that leads you through a small secure courtyard and up to the front door. This door opens up into the lounge area which has a large L shaped settee, a 50” smart TV with internet tv with over 100+ channels to choose from, including BBC/ITV and Sky Sports/Movies and catch up TV, also a Blu-ray DVD player.
A dining room table that will seat 6 persons which is open to the kitchen area. This open plan area has double doors which open out onto the south facing outdoor terrace and pool area.
Further doors leading off from the living area give access to the three bedrooms and family bathroom and from the kitchen a door to the outside Solana area.
Kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for a self catering holiday including a oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender plus kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glasses.
You will also find a washing machine located in the outside “Solana” area.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The property offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty of hanging and shelf space. There are lockable shutters fitted to all the bedroom windows and doors to take advantage of the breeze and keep the house cool.
It has air conditioning units in two bedrooms both of these units are coin operated from one main coin unit by the front door.
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space, this bedroom has air conditioning (coin operated) provided in this bedroom and patio doors with wooden shutter doors which lead out onto the sun terrace and pool area. The En-suite shower room has a walk in shower double sink and WC.
Bedroom 2
At the other end of the property you will find the second bedroom which is furnished with twin beds and a window with wooden shutters which looks out onto the pool area, it has bedside tables and reading lamp and plenty of wardrobe space. This bedroom also has coin operated air conditioning available.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom, has a window with wooden shutters looking out onto the front of the property, and is set up with a bunk bed, which has a bottom double bed and a top single bed, suitable for children, there is a fan provided for the third bedroom.
Family Bathroom
The second bathroom is situated between the twin room and bunk bed room and this has a bath with shower over, WC and sink.
EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace:
From the open plan indoor area double doors lead out onto the south facing outdoor terrace area and pool. This outdoor area has high walls on all sides and is very private, the pool is 5m X 3m in size and 1.8m deep and accessed by large roman steps for a gradual entry (electrically heated, inclusive November to April). You will find 4 sun loungers which all come with all weather comfy cushions to provide the perfect area to relax and soak up the warm sun in complete seclusion.
For families with young children we can provide a pool safety fence around the pool (this fence is optional and we ask that you notify us in advance if you require this). The fence has a child proof self-closing gate that can only be opened from the outside by adults, and by all users from the inside.
Chill out and Al Fresco Dining with BBQ
On the terrace you will find two separate tables and chairs for dining, one in the sun with an umbrella provided and one set underneath the shaded pergola, so plenty of choice on where to eat lunch.
You will find a delightful luxuriously furnished comfortable, corner rattan seating area for chilling out, all under the shade of the pergola, the perfect place to relax out of the sun and chill out and read a book.
A charcoal Canarian barbeque has been provided for your use.

Marina Rubicón is the exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 20 minute stroll away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
Parking and Accessibility:
The property has its own parking space next to the villa.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are also provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire if this is required.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge of 140€ per person per week,.
A refundable Damage Bond of 300€ is payable for this villa or Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) must be taken.
The villa has an alarm installed which has internal cameras in communal areas which only take photos when the alarm goes off.
