The open plan living dining area features comfortable sofas, a large three-seater sofa with chaise and a two-seater, giving plenty of space for the whole family. There is also a large Smart TV. The modern and spacious kitchen is accentuated by the high vaulted ceiling and is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, Gas range oven, Gas Range hob, Dulce Gusto coffee machine and dishwasher. The dining table comfortably seats up to five guests and is perfect for family dinners or for that special occasion. There is a utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine. There is also a cloakroom with wash hand basin and WC off the kitchen.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed and ample storage. The second bedroom and third bedrooms also have ample storage. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. The family bathroom has a bath, separate wet room with a rainfall shower, wash hand basin, WC heated towel rail.

There is a delightful private, tiered garden with an outside wood fire , fashioning a wonderful sanctuary where you can enjoy a glass of wine, dine alfresco, and enjoy the Cornish sunshine.
