Knelle Lodge, Apartment 4
Knelle Lodge is a large Edwardian House overlooking Saunton Sands, a very popular beach with families, surfers and walkers. Miles of golden sand, vast dunes and the sea are minutes walk away. Top surfing beach Croyde and Saunton Golf Club are both a 5 minute drive. Knelle Lodge comprises 4 wonderful and spacious Apartments, recently refurbished to a high standard. Unbeatable location. Perfect all year round: Surfing, Walking, Golf, Cycling, DOGS...
Apartment 4 tucked away on the ground floor is a spacious and bright 1 bed Apartment. Steps to the left of the Car Park and a little stone pathway lead you to the private entrance to Apartment 4. As you approach the door you'll find your own secluded outside seating area.
Apartment 4 has a lovely open plan Living room/ Kitchen. Skylights and large windows allow lots of daylight and a Wood Burner makes it cosy all year around. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality appliances including Lavazza coffee machine and Ruark radio.
The Bedroom has a high quality Superking Zip and Link bed. PLEASE REQUEST AT TIME OF BOOKING TWIN OR DOUBLE BED. The bedroom has black out blinds and curtains.
Storage: secure outside storage for wetsuits, surfboards and bicycles (n.b shared between all 4 Apartments and located at the rear of the property adjacent to the main entrance to Apartments 1 to 3). It's also possible to store large items along the wall outside the door to Apartment 4.
Private Outside Shower.
Parking: Private Off Street Parking shared between all 4 apartments; Apartment 4 has 1 space.

Garden access:
The top Terrace is exclusively for use by guests in Apartment 1.
The 2 lower Terraces are shared between all 4 Apartments.
There is a Sunken Trampoline on the lowest Terrace. Please ensure that you read the Safety Notice located in the Apartment before using. Use is at your own risk.
We are dog friendly. We welcome 2 well behaved dogs. No dogs in bedroom or on the furnishings & please dry wet dogs. Please be aware that the garden is not enclosed. The main road (B3231) runs close to the rear of the property and is busy. The Beach Drive at the front of the property can be busy, especially during Summer months. We charge ÂŁ20 extra for 1 dog and ÂŁ30 for 2 dogs. If you bring 2 dogs we need to collect ÂŁ10 after you have completed your booking. Please enquire about other pets.
