If you are looking for a relaxing getaway and/or an indoor heated swimming pool, Kent Pool Cottage is the perfect holiday destination.



This converted barn can comfortably accomodate up to 6 adults. You will have exclusive access to the house, pool and garden.



The property offers two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a snug/video game room with a sofa bed (with a third bathroom next door). Kent Pool Cottage has a direct indoor private access to the pool and multiple doors leading to the south facing garden.



The house is located in a little hamlet in the heart of the Kent Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.



Everything in the house is designed to ensure you have a comfortable stay and feel at home. There is ample space for you to cook / eat / watch TV / play video games / swim etc with your family or friends. Thanks to the 3 bathrooms it won't be a rush when it is time to get ready for the day or bed.



During the cold months you will appreciate the direct access to the pool house. The pool is for your exclusive use only and is heated at 27-28 degrees all year round.

For the children's safety and parents' peace of mind all the doors leading to the pool can be locked (and we strongly recommend you to keep them closed when there is no adult in the pool house).



If the weather is not nice enough for you to enjoy the beautiful countryside around (or if you just need a really quiet getaway) you will appreciate playing on the PlayStation 4 in the snug room or watching a movie together on one of the two televisions. The property is very warm and cosy thanks to the underfloor heating system downstairs.



If needed you can catch up with work at the desk provided in one of the bedrooms, and connect to the internet using the fastest connection available (fibre to the premises).



Kent Pool Cottage has its own designated parking spaces in the yard, just by the front entrance, making it easy for you to bring your luggage in and start enjoying your holiday.



You will have full and private access to the house, pool and garden.



Alex and Lucie are available when needed. They live the other side of the yard.



Sole Street is a medieval hamlet on the top of the Kent Downs.



Sole Street is on the edge of a large forest, Denge Wood, which is managed by the Forestry Commission and the Woodland Trust. The forest is criss-crossed by a network of footpaths and bridleways.



There is no noise from distant roads or motorways. Sole Street is very quiet.

The property is located in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.



Kent Pool Cottage is in a very secluded hamlet, far from any shops. The village is accessible following long and sinuous single-track roads. Prepare yourself for a stay far from the city!



As well as the comfortable house, the indoor swimming pool and the garden, you will enjoy the many footpaths throughout Denge Woods (an ancient forest managed by the Woodland Trust).
