Dear Huw, This is a completly unexpected review, since at your departure you were smiling and told us to be satisfied of your stay.It is a not respectful and a vile behavior waiting to be at home and behind the screen to make complains. However,who reads your feedback (of a person who writes that bottles of water and wine as welcome pack are not enough) understands that your complains lack of any real sustance.Moreover welcome pack is an our gift, a little surprise for the guests,totally free and voluntary, not a duty!! Regards to the other points: - the price has remained pratically unchanged since 2012 and no guest complained about it - most of the families that come are composed by 5 or 6 people.So your sentence 'there isn't any much seating for more than 4' has no sense.It is untruth. - who rent our apartment knows that there is no air condition.In the ad the presence of it is not mentioned. - when you asked us to provide other fans, we immediately run to the supermarket to buy other two -despite we were working.We didn't assemble them because we were busy and in that moment we had no time to assemble them but we told you that if you had needed help later we would have done it! Your reply was: no problem, it is all ok. - that heavy thunderstorm caused damages in all area. The strong wind moved some tyles from the roof and a little water fell down one wall of the house: it can happens that some inconveniences come after unforseeable events. The day after we called our worker to have a look but he couldn't that day and since the weather forcast predicted sun for the last two days of your stay, there wasn't the emergency to check the roof (even because in case of normal rain, water wouldn't have fallen into again). - unfortunately during August - very high season - wifi didn't work well (it is truth) because of the presence of lots of owners in the residence. And we are sorry for this! But there is to notify that after having resetted the router, I asked you to inform me if it continued to work bad - no answer from your side, so we supposed that the internet started to work a bit better. However to avoid the problem of internet, as you wrote, and offer a better service to our guests from 2019 we install our own internet- not shared with the condominium as it is now. Luckily our reviews are a garancy of our diligence to make our guests spend a pleasant holidays. Red and Blue Houses have 19 reviews with 5 stars, 3 with 4* and only 2 with 3*. Best regards

Dearest Beatrice, We sincerely thank you for writing about your experience at Garda Hills Residence. After reading your review, we have added a toaster in both Red and Blue Houses. Hints are very important for us! Regars to the coffee machine, in the apartment there is an italian moka... As you have written, the car is necessary, because the Residence is in a hill zone (Salò is 7 km, Supermarkets and Restaurants 4 km far) but this guarantees a peacel atmosphere, very appreciated after a long day trip round the lake! Moreover there are some nice paths here on the hills to go for a walk leaving the car at the Residence. We hope to meet you again so we can show you them ;) . Dear family, Thank you for your nice feedback: we are happy that you enjoyed your stay! We have to specify some details: - wlan worked sporadically during your stay because of the bad weather (in different areas in Mezzane internet stopped working during thunderstorms) and a lot of users - sun chairs are still in very good conditions; the shadow dispensers for face may need to be fastened sometimes (also when they are new) - we usually do not leave sun umbrella in the house but if our guests request it to us, we can provide it without any problem as made in the past: we always try to satisfiy the desires of our guests!!!!
