We really enjoyed the week in Terricciola. Stefano, Marta and all the cats (especially three of them) were very kind hosts. Everything needed is in the appartment. Terrific view from the terasse. The pool was wonderful after a day of walking and sightseeing. The short gravel road that others noted is absolutely no problem for a normal car.

So beautiful!

Stefano and his family are so, so kind! I mean, genuinely nice people who are extremely friendly but also care for your privacy. The apartment has everything that you need and I can imagine in summer it also keeps cool, the yard and the surroundings are stunning, and the view from the terrace is absolutely heavenly. Simple and perfect

The farmhouse is a simple nice property with wonderful views and host. We loved the authentic Tuscany feeling it offered. Although it was too cool to use the pool during our stay it appeared clean and well kept. There are several cats that liked to come visit us during our stay, being animal lovers we didn't mind. The apartment is not full of amenities but has everything you need, very comfortable and cute. The host was so nice, helpful, and very sweet.. he brought us fresh eggs for breakfast. The location was exactly what we were looking for, allowing us to explore and enjoy small towns and local wineries, yet able to visit Pisa and the coast as well. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend the accommodations for anyone looking for a simple yet beautiful stay in the Tuscany region.

Einfach schön !

Es war ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Wunderschöne Sonnenauf und UntergĂ€nge zu genießen, die man ĂŒber der wunderschöne Landschaft sehen kann. Der Pool und Wirhlpool ein Traum und auch dabei kann man die Ruhe und SonnenuntergĂ€nge voll auskosten. Stefano und Marta sind sehr nette Gastgeber und immer fĂŒr ihre GĂ€ste da. Besonders unser Hund war auch ein sehr gesehener Gast mit viel Freilauf auf dem Hof und einer Menge Katzenund HĂŒhner. . Es ist schon ein Traum so ein StĂŒck Erde zu besitzen und zu schĂ€tzen. Ein wunderbarer Platz zum Erholen

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, ein Appartement mit guter Ausstattung in absolut ruhiger Umgebung mit einem beeindruckenden Ausblick. Ein Garten zur Selbstbedienung, ein sehr schöner Pool. Wir haben das Quartier allerdings nicht gleich gefunden, erst mit Hilfe Anderer (die google Beschreibung Podernuovo Nr.11 stimnt nicht). Ansonsten ist das Quartier eine perfekte Wahl. Schöne und entspannte Zeit in der Toskana

Herzliche Gastgeber die fĂŒr alle Fragen und WĂŒnsche ein offenes Ohr haben. Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Eine tolle und gepflegte Anlage mit dem Pool als schönem Ruheplatz. FĂŒr uns waren die Katzen und deren Schmusegesellschaft eine besondere Freude. Stefano kann als PizzabĂ€cker locker mit jeder sehr guten Pizzeria mithalten und geht auf jeden Sonderwunsch ein. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Toskana zu erleben.

Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir waren nur ein paar Tage bei Stefano und können ohne Zweifel die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen. Es gibt zwei Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss und im Obergeschoss wohnt Stefano selber. Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Erhöhung und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Toskana. Der Pool ist super mit Jakuzi. Bett und Kissen waren super, was absolut top war ist die Sauberkeit, bin selber Allergiker und hatte absolut keinerlei Beschwerden. Stefano selber ist ein super sympathischer Gastgeber, der nicht aufdringlich ist und per Whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar. Wer die Toskana mit super Aussicht geniessen will ist dort genau richtig!

sehr sehr empfehlenswert

wenn man jetzt mal vom Wetter absieht fĂŒr das Stefano nicht verantwortlich ist, war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. ZunĂ€chst wurden wir sehr herzlich von Stefano begrĂŒĂŸt. Hierzu gehörten auch einige Eier aus eigener Haltung als BegrĂŒĂŸungsgeschenk. Stefano war ĂŒber den gesamten Zeitraum hinweg immer gut zu erreichen (wir hatten uns auf whatsapp geeinigt), aber nie aufdringlich und er hat unsere Anliegen immer sehr schnell und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit regeln können. Die Wohnung (es gibt noch eine weitere) war sehr liebevoll und mit allem notwendigen Inventar was man fĂŒr eine Selbstversorgung benötigt ausgestattet. FĂŒr die auch heizende Klimaanlage waren wir besonders dankbar. Es gibt einen kleinen Außenbereich mit Sitzbank eigens fĂŒr die Wohnung und dann den tollen Poolbereich fĂŒr die GĂ€ste mit gepflegtem Rasen, einem schönen Pool, einem Whirlpool und einem Kinderspielbereich. Pool und Whirlpool hĂ€tten wir jederzeit nutzen können wenn das Wetter mitgespielt hĂ€tte. Vom Hof aus selber hat man einen tollen Rundumblick mit Blick in die Apuanischen Alpen. Die Lage des Hofes fanden wir auch sehr gĂŒnstig. Die nĂ€chsten SupermĂ€rkte sind ca. 7 km entfernt und auch Pisa, Florenz, Lucca, Volterra, San Gemignano und andere Orte sind gut zu erreichen. Ohne ein eigenes Auto lĂ€uft allerdings nichts. Absolut erwĂ€hnenswert ist die Pizzaparty, die wir bei Stefano gebucht haben und die Pizzen nach Wahl und eigenem Rezept im eigenen Steinbizzaofen auf Holz gebacken wurden. Toll

Ein erhohlsamer Osterurlaub

Mit meinem Mann und meinen beiden Jungs 11 und 14 Jahre waren wir Ostern fĂŒr 7 NĂ€chte in der Ferienwohnung bei Stefano und Marta. Die Ferienwohnung war einfach super, alles war da. HandtĂŒcher, GeschirrtĂŒcher, SpĂŒlmaschine, Waschmaschine und in jedem Raum ist ein KlimagerĂ€t, mit dem wir die Wohnung nach belieben haben beheizen können. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen, naturnahen Urlaub mit einer tollen Landschaft, die man von jeder Seite des GrundstĂŒcks aus hat betrachten können. Auch der beheizte Whirlpool war fĂŒr uns bei 17 bis 22 Grad Aussentemperatur ein tolles Highlight. Gerne haben wir Tischtennis gespielt. Schade war dann doch, das wir den Pool, temperaturbedingt, nicht benutzen konnten. Hier wurden wir von Stefano im Vorfeld gefragt, ob er den Pool fĂŒr uns schon aus der Winterpause holen soll. Was wir nicht wollten. Auch wir haben uns von Stafano und Marta mit Ihrer selbstgemachten Pizza im 90 Jahre alten Ofen verwöhnen lassen. Einfach unvergesslich. Vielen Dank. ErwĂ€hnenswert ist die Lage der Ferienwohnung. Ich denke es ist mit einer der schönsten Gegenden der Toskana mit vielen Ausflugszielen. Wir wĂŒrden sie jedem weiter empfehlen. Stefanie T.

Beautiful view and lovely pool

Our best recommendation to this nice place and host Stefano and Martha. Extremely kind and welcoming couple. Very quiet surrounding, and the most beautiful view from the terrace and pool arear. Pool area was new and well maintained with sunbeds for all. The air condition was efficient and quiet - one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen/living arear. Also the shutters in front of the windows kept the heat out and allowed us the sleep in the morning as no light enter the rooms If the shutters are closed. Shopping possibilities within driving distance of appx 15 min. My husband likes to cook, and we received some vegetables from their garden -so nice- best tomatoes. Possibility to charge electrical vehicle worked super fine, so we charged during the night before we left so we had a full tank to start our journey back. Thanks a lot for your hospitality we really felt welcome.

Besser geht's nicht

Vorab: Wir waren bisher drei mal in der Toskana. Dies war die mit Abstand beste Unterkunft und wir werden wieder kommen. Marta und Stefano sind super nette unaufdringliche Vermieter. Die FW war voll klimatisiert, sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Die Aussicht in die Umgebung war fantastisch. Die Außenanlagen sind hervorragend. Kinder- und tierfreundlich (Spielplatz, Kicker, Tischtennis, großer Pool und Whirlpool, 4 menschenfreundliche Katzen und 2 Hunde). Unvergessen wird die von Stefano veranstaltete Pizzaparty (25 EUR p.P) sein. Stefano macht super leckere Pizzen bis zum Abwinken. Man kann auf dem Hof Wein und selbst gemachtes Olivenöl einkaufen. FĂŒr die FW selbst, volle Punktzahl. Einziges Manko, aber dafĂŒr können Marta und Stefano nichts, ist die etwa 300m lange Anfahrt auf einer unbefestigten, etwas ausgewaschenen und mit Spurrillen versehene unbefestigte Straße. Tiefergelegte Sportwagen werden dort ihre Probleme haben. Normale Pkw kommen aber durch. Herzlichen Dank fĂŒr einen unvergessenen Urlaub.

Een heel goed verblijf vriendelijke eigenaren prachtige omgeving lekker zwembad en jacuzzi alles was

Eerst was het volgens vrbo bezet maar de eigenaren berichten ons dat er nog wel plaats was.

Super Erholung

Alles in allem ein sehr stimmiger Urlaub, den Pool haben wir uns mit einer anderen Familie geteilt, es war genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr alle. Man bekommt kaum etwas von den Vermietern mit, bei Fragen oder Ă€hnlichem hatte Stefano immer ein offenes Ohr. Gute Pizzeria und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der NĂ€he

Chouette séjour en Toscane

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en Toscane. Endroit trÚs calme, une vue magnifique sur les alentours et suffisamment proche de tout ce qui a à visiter.

Einfach nur traumhaft schön

Wir waren fĂŒr eine Woche bei Stephano und Martha und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Ob vom Pool oder von der Terrasse einfach ein wunderschöner Blick auf OlivenbĂ€ume und Weinfelder. Stephano konnte uns gute Tipps fĂŒr Restaurants und Umgebung geben. Doch unvergessen wird unser gemeinsamer Pizza Abend sein. Wir wurden mit der leckersten Pizza verwöhnt und da mein Mann Geburtstag hatte gab es sogar noch einen Geburtstagskuchen. Mehr geht nicht! Wir können das Ferienobjekt zu 100% empfehlen!!!!!

Excellent holiday

We had an excellent holiday with our 2 children of 6 and 8 y/o in Podere Corniano! You get what they promise, it's a small house without luxury, but clean, familial atmosphere, you have all what you need. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are great! The children liked the cats a lot. The big strength however is the amazing view and environment. Everywhere you look it's like a painting. The sunsets are so beautiful. If you want to rest in a breathtaking environment, there is no better place. The supermarket is close and cities like Pisa, Firenze and Siena are not very far away either. And of course the great hosts Marta and Stefano. You get a very warm welcome and feel immediately at home. They were very helpful and friendly during our stay. They work hard to make it such a wonderful place. The pizza evening was great, excellent pizza by 'the king of pizza' :-). I would recomment this place to everyone. Congratulations to Marta and Stefano with this great realisation!

Erholsamer Toskana Urlaub

Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in Stefanos und Martas Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und liegt sehr ruhig so das man sich gut erholen kann. Das Highlight ist der schöne Garten mit tollem Swimmingpool und Hot Tub die zum Baden und Sonnen einladen. Es standen 2 E-Bikes zur VerfĂŒgung. Wir durften FrĂŒchte und KrĂ€uter aus dem Garten verzehren. Sehr lecker. :) Auch hat uns Stefano mit frischen Eiern von seinen HĂŒhnern versorgt. Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande eines kleinen Ortes. Von wo man gut AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung starten kann, z. B. Pisa, Livorno, Lucca etc. Wir haben uns bei der Gastgeberfamilie sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.
