I Always have a wonderful stay, since my first stay I have stay many times, it's like home from hom.

The location is perfect, the apartment is perfect. Peaceful, everything that you need is in the apartment. The host is nice, he always willing to help at anytime. I would recommend deluxe apartment .

The apartment is lovely, home from home lovely 🛌 bedroom kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, living room is nice. Balcony you can go outside table and chairs where can sit and look at river while having cup of tea or glass of wine. It quite, The host is just a phone call away if you need anything. Always want to stay extra day.

My apartment was perfect, I had everything I needed in my one bedroom apartment, The bedroom was perfect the bed was soft and comfortable soft bouncy carpet.The kitchen had everything and more you in kitchen. Was able cook every day. Bathroom was great warm the whole apartment was wonderful and warm great supply of Yorkshire tea that was extra special I in Yorkshire. The host was nice although we only spoke on the phone. Will return in future

Good apartment, let down by lack of maintenance

The apartment was in a good location. The car park was about a 5 minute walk, there’s a Tesco express, some restaurants/cafes nearby within the development. The condition of the apartment lets it down, it feels like it has been neglected. The front door had been broken into and it was repaired by putting a piece of wood/mdf on the broken part and another lock fitted a bit further up. It gave an immediate bad impression and raised concerns about the security of the apartment. The kitchen units were damaged, the ironing board was burnt, the bed was uncomfortable with a mattress topper that sinks to the middle of the bed. However the apartment building or the area in general didn’t feel unsafe. On the plus side, it was clean, had a nice view over the dock from the balcony and the bedroom and had great WiFi. The handling of the check in process by the host/management company was also a let down, I had to contact the host over the phone who assured me the check in details will be sent on the day of the check in, and I had to contact them on the day of the check in to request it again as it hadn’t been sent. There was no communication apart from the automated booking email and my emails and messages requesting the check in details were ignored. Overall it was an Ok experience and decent value with free parking included in the price.
