- Access to the apartment is unfortunately not wheelchair or pram friendly due to the stair access required, the apartment is on the 4th floor of the building. Please message for further information if needed.

- There is no parking permitted on site, however there is a car park on a side road opposite the apartment building which is open and staffed 24/7 with reasonable day rate charges for the city centre.

Other things to note
Please note that there is an offline security deposit of £100 which is charged separately as a pre-authorisation charge which will show as pending on your bank account and released automatically after departure. It would only be charged if any damages were caused to the property by guests or if any terms and conditions were breached. However contact would be made to guests before a charge is made.

A government-issued ID is required for security and verification purposes. However, if you already have a verified Airbnb profile, this is usually sufficient, and no further ID upload is needed.

Guests are asked to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement confirming the house rules and expectations for both the host and guests.

All information is processed securely and in line with Airbnb policies. Payment and ID information is encrypted and handled through our property management's secure system.
