Falcon Nest Properties have committed to Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process – a set of standards developed in partnership with experts, for the times of COVID-19 and beyond.
The Airbnb is fully cleaned using a professional cleaning company every week.
Linen and towels are changed & washed at a high temperature weekly.
We provide anti-bacterial surface wipes and hand wash for your use and we wipe down the communal areas regularly with the same.
The Airbnb has serviced weekly cleans so we can abide by the Airbnb covid cleaning rules.
If you opt-out of the serviced cleans you will be charged for a deep clean on top of the regular cleaning charge which is as follows:- £99 plus FNP admin charge of £99.
Our recommendation is to maintain the serviced cleans to avoid additional charges.

Penelope Maison is a short drive from Nene Country Park which is ideal for walks by the lake, summer BBQs, or a round of golf on the wonderful Thorpe Park course and driving range.
For the business user, the house is a few minutes' drive from Peterborough's Business Parks and the East of England Arena and Events Centre.
